Audience Feedback

Today we pitched out treatment to our media class to get their opionions and comments on our treatment. In general we recieved postive responses and the class seemed to like our ideas for our music video.

Idea thats the class like:

• The idea of the photos burning at the end of the video as this provides a connotation that the relationship is over.
• The way flashbacks will be protayed in the video to show past tense and how this will provide a linear narrative along with the present tense.
• Locations of where we would film certain scenes in our video.
• Effects we will use such as flashbacks and time lapses.

We also recieved constructive critcism in which we took on board they were the following:

• Be cautious of lighening issues. We had ideas to film in the evening when the sun is setting to create a amazing scenary in the background however after this issue was raised we discussed it in our group and came to conclusion to film in only daylight hours.
• Be cautious of audiences in the background looking into the camera shot. Some locations that we are planning to film will be extemely busy as they are in heart of london and we must be aware of individuals ruining the shot.

I think the pitching of our treatment was succesful and it will also beneficial as we could get ideas from our audiences so this will help us know what they liked and disliked about the ideas for our music video and also changes could be made if necessary. Changes we made such as not filming when it about to get dark and also when we go to a location set up our equipment in a place that does not interfere with the public.
